Delightful Orange & Lemon marmalade with the warmth of shreads of fresh ginger. I made this one following a number of requests for ginger marmalade. I wasn't sure whether a straight ginger marmalade would be a hit so went with this one. It's been a great success on our stalls.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Oranges (19%), Lemon (11%), Ginger (2.1%).
